In 1995, Bruce started this company with a straightforward premise: do the work right, explain what you find, and treat people the way you'd want to be treated in your own home. That hasn't changed.

Bruce's Heating & Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company based in Panama City Beach, FL. We are not a franchise. We are not a corporate brand with a local office. Every decision, every service call, and every recommendation comes from the same family that has operated in this community for 30 years.


Our work spans the full range of residential and commercial HVAC service — from AC repair in a beachfront condo to rooftop unit installation for a Bay County restaurant, to custom ductwork fabricated in our own in-house sheet metal shop. We know the environments we work in: high-rise buildings along Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road, vacation rental properties in the Grand Lagoon corridor, commercial kitchens that run equipment hard through a long tourist season.


We are also one of the few HVAC companies in Bay County certified to perform blower door testing — a certified air leakage diagnostic required for new construction final inspections in Florida. A blower door test measures how much air exchanges between the inside and outside of a structure, confirming a home or building is neither too drafty to cool efficiently nor too sealed for healthy air circulation. It is a precise, certification-required process, and we are among a small number of local contractors qualified to conduct it.
